The 11-Letter Protein That Burns Belly Fat

Today, you are going to be presented with many facts regarding metabolism and weight loss.

Our job, that we so gladly accept, is to relay the most recent information as it relates to weight loss, fat burning, and metabolism.

Not to mention others things in between such as omega-3 fatty acids, exercise performance, benefits of protein, and so on and so forth.

The goal today, however, is to educate you on ONE important hormone – actually a protein –that may work in harmony with your body to burn fat and boost your sluggish metabolism.

I’ll give you a hint as to what it is…

It begins with an A…

Ends with an N…

And is 11-letters!

Give up?

The answer is Adiponectin.

Now, instead of giving you a bunch of facts on Adiponectin today, we want to share with you the benefits of Adiponectin and how exactly this hormone may stimulate your metabolism.

Adiponectin and Metabolism

Now, as you already may know, adiponectin is a protein that is EXCLUSIVELY secreted by your fat cells.

That’s right…

Those empty, greasy little pockets that hold fatty acids…

Well, they are able to produce and secrete powerful hormones that control everything from metabolism, to satiety (satisfaction), and finally, inflammation.

In normal people, you would like to stay away from the molecules that cause inflammation, since they may do nothing but disrupt the balance of good fat-secreting hormones and bad hormones.

Adiponectin has a great working relationship with another hormone released from your fat cells – leptin.

Now, the two together provide your body with the ability to tell your brain to STOP eating (that you’re full) and to release and BURN more fat (due to too much stored energy).

Now,leptin, adiponectin’s counterpart, communicates with your brain, telling it when you are full and satisfied.

However, on the flip side, your body may become resistant to leptin, therefore shutting down the beneficial relationship of leptin and your brain.

Think of leptin resistance as a busy classroom.  And when all the students are talking, the one student that was called on is unable to get their answer across.

So they may talk louder…

Or send other signals to get to the teacher…

However, all the efforts are to no avail.  Now, think of this situation in your brain.

Leptin can’t get its point across, so your brain may be unable to determine when it’s full and when you should stop eating.

And when you’re resistant to leptin, you may never feel satisfied after a meal, partly due to the fact that your brain may not understand that you are full.

Now, adiponectin, on the other hand, works in conjunction with leptin, but in a more unique way.

Adiponectin may also be able to communicate with your brain, but not to let your brain know you’re full, but to let it know you need to BURN more energy.

Essentially, that you have too much energy and you need to get rid of some.

However, when your weight starts to creep up on the scale, then there may be something bad going on in your body.

Your adiponectin levels may start to decrease, therefore you may have less signal to your brain to tell it to burn energy.

And as your weight climbs, your levels decline.

Not good if you’re in the weight loss game.

But, there is good news…

If you lose weight, then you may find your adiponectin levels increasing, therefore you may be in a better state for burning fat.

This could stimulate your metabolism, burn more energy, decrease your triglycerides, and you may have better control over your blood sugar.

So what can you do to increase this powerful 11-letter word?

Ways to Boost Fat Burning

Now, there are three EASY ways to boost your adiponectin levels:

First, you need to fidget or move more!  Fidgeting and moving more not only burns calories, but it may stimulate the production and release of adiponectin.

And this may enable your body to use it more effectively, therefore BOOSTING your flat metabolism.

Secondly, you need to increase your magnesium intake.

For some reason, people who ate more magnesium-rich foods may have higher adiponectin levels.

So get your eat on with more magnesium-rich foods, such as pumpkin seeds and green leafy vegetables.

And lastly, you need to lose weight.

I know, this may sound like a problem, especially if your adiponectin levels are low.

However, losing weight may boost your adiponectin production, which could make the end result an increase in your metabolism.

And this may make it easier to burn calories and lose FAT.

Now, there are lots of things you can do differently to lose weight.

Exercise, eating right, and getting enough sleep, all may produce the perfect environment for your body to burn fat.

And, if you do all of those things listed above, then you may qualify for this remarkable fat loss breakthrough:
